Deaducated Horror Challenge Day #25: What’s the Best Horror Film from the Nineties?

When the nineties came, the horror genre was beginning to get stale. It had nothing on the pure sadness of the age of the remake in the 2000’s; but, the genre was definitely losing it’s flare and popularity.
